Southern Charm

This project, complete with deer antlers and preserved moss was commissioned by the sweetest, most charming Groom to be. He was on a quest to treat his Bride with something truly exquisite. Referred to us by his planner, he was a gentleman in word & deed and proof that chivalry is alive and well. We love to see Brides treated like the royalty that they are on their big day.

Whenever I create a piece, I ask myself what I’d like to see on my own walls. How does it function from an interior design perspective? Yes, it is meaningful because it’s my bouquet, but how can it serve to elevate my environment: the sacred ground where I will live out my one wild and precious life?

How would having original artwork in my home impact my Daughter and Sons? This would be their first exposure to the world of art, which can be intimidating and unapproachable at times.
”Art is not always about pretty things, it's about who we are, what happened to us, and how or lives are effected.”⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ -Elizabeth Broun: designer⠀

I hope it would teach them that art is a reflection of life. That it can be deeply personal. That its value lies in our perception of it. That it can be a source of joy, meaning, and a reminder of who we are, the commitments we made, and what we stand for as a family.
