Specializing in the post-wedding care of bouquets, this role ensures optimal condition before preservation. Tasks include: picking up at wedding sites, receiving and initial care processes for the flowers at Refinery’s Studio, and general preparations for the floral preservation process.


Preservation Intern

A temporary position designed for individuals seeking hands-on experience in floral preservation, working closely with the preservation team to gain practical skills.

 

Design Intern

A temporary role for individuals seeking practical experience in design. Interns work closely with designers, gaining exposure to various aspects of the design process and contributing to ongoing projects.

Preservationist

Primary responsibility is receiving flowers, emphasizing attention to detail to guarantee the integrity and quality of each bloom. Following this, the Preservationist employs techniques to enhance the longevity and vibrancy of the floral elements. Lastly, the role involves the intricate preparation of these processed flowers for Design, creatively readies the flowers for seamless integration into the Design process, showcasing a blend of preservation and horticultural expertise.


Design Technician

Supporting the production side of design, this position involves tasks such as sourcing materials, liaising with vendors, and overseeing the production process such as glue downs and cleanings. It ensures the seamless execution of design concepts.
